Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario

In my three years working with RNAO as COnference and Marketing Coordinator, I planned and executed three large Annual General Meetings, seven week-long institutes, over 9 educational conferences, and a multitude of workshops and webinars.  With over 1000 delegates, an exhibit hall, affiliated side meetings, and provincially elected officials, the RNAO AGM was one of their largest events to plan.  In planning their conferences, I was responsible for tracking abstracts, programming, exhibitor and sponsorship funds, budgets, program design, site selection, AV, and all venue details.  RNAO hosted the premier nursing conferences in Canada, attracting major sponsors and hundreds of delegates.  In my time with RNAO, I also helped them plan 2 international conferences held in China and Israel.
